"Thai food is not difficult"
Samui Good Herb Thai Cooking Class is a cooking school on Koh Samui run by local people who want visitors to be able to cook Thai food at home. The idea is simple: keep it easy and use natural ingredients, so you can take the knowledge home and cook these dishes yourself.
Classes are held in a fully equipped open kitchen next to a vegetable garden. You'll learn about ingredients, herbs and their health benefits, and can pick herbs straight from the garden. Classes are small, and every guest has an individual working space.
